Kayaking which is also a favoured past time by many adrenalin junkies, is catching up in Ella while there are two reservoirs namely Buduruwagala and Handapanagala which are well known locations to do so. The reservoirs are located about 40 km away from Ella while you can always contact Lakpura and make prior booking.
